Acts 10:34-36(NKJV)
Then Peter
opened his mouth and said: “In truth I perceive that God
shows no partiality.
But in every nation whoever
fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.
The word which God sent to the children of Israel, preaching
peace through Jesus Christ—He is Lord of all—
Scripture says that
God doesn’t show partiality. But then it
goes on to qualify that statement. God
doesn't show partiality to those who believe in Him, and by extension believe
in Jesus.
So the way I
interpret that is that God does show partiality to those who believe in Him
over those who don't believe in Him.
