This just cracked me up for some reason. I don't know about you but I think society today is too worried about offending others or hurting others feelings. It's gotten to the point that society is going to some really weird extremes to avoid doing so.
Now add to that the fact that when our kids were growing up we taught them that they were not allowed to call each other stupid. Maybe that is why this tickled my funny bone!

Whoever loves instruction loves knowledge, But he who hates correction is stupid.
LOL! Look at how nicely the first part was
worded. The second part could have been
worded nicely too. Something like
"but he who hates correction has the intelligence of a newborn" or
"but he who hates correction should blame his mommy and daddy".
But no. Solomon says dude if you hate
correction your just flat out stupid!!!
