Matthew 4:17(NKJV)
From that time Jesus
began to preach and to say, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at
hand.”
As I start the
Gospels over again I read this. It made
me curious as to what each of the other Gospels say was Jesus' first
message. That is something I will be
looking for and comparing as I go through the Gospels this time.
In this case I find
it interesting that Jesus' first message was repent. Something to ponder.
