I had to do a little
research to answer this one.
2 Corinthians 12:2(NKJV)
I know a man in
Christ who fourteen years ago—whether in the body I do not know, or whether out
of the body I do not know, God knows—such a one was caught up to the third
heaven.
In Genesis 1:1 it
says "God created the heavens".
I had never noticed that it was plural.
According the info I found, Genesis 7:11 explains the first heaven. It is the sky that we see every day. Then Exodus 32:13 is one example of the
second heaven. That is outer space.
And lastly, the
third Heaven is the Heaven we think about most.
It is the Heaven where God lives.
