A thought struck me
today when I read this verse.
Acts 1:7-8(NKJV)
And He said to
them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put
in His own authority.
But you shall receive power when
the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me
in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
I always think of
the Holy Spirit as being here to guide me.
I had never thought of the Holy Spirit giving me power. Interesting.
I guess I need to explore that more and make sure that I am using and
harnessing that power.
