When?

As I have written in the past, I don't believe that we are to know the exact time that Jesus will return.   Why not?   Because not even Jesus knows the time.  But we are given clues and here is one that I ran across today.

2 Thessalonians 2:1-4(NKJV)

1Now, brethren, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ and our gathering together to Him, we ask you, 

2not to be soon shaken in mind or troubled, either by spirit or by word or by letter, as if from us, as though the day of £Christ had come. 

3Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of £sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 

4who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits £as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.

So here we have a passage that tells us that Jesus will not come until these things happen.  That the anti-Christ is revealed and he is sitting in Jerusalem.  Do you see that yet?  Me neither.

So what should be we be focusing on?  Putting our hand to the plow and focusing on serving God.  The end times will take care of themselves.   In the mean time God has given us work to do so let's get to it!
