Isn't that just another way of saying "glory in your tribulations?"

Many of you know that Romans 5:3-5 is one of my foundational verses.  It's God's success formula.  I have also written about my belief that it is preferable to find multiple Scriptures to back up a point of view.  Well here is one that affirms Romans.
 

James 1:2-4(NKJV)

My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, 

knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. 

But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. 

Isn't that just another way of saying "glory in your tribulations"?
