Hypocrisy has been
around as long as man. Here is a great
example of it.
Matthew 27:6-8(NKJV)
But the chief
priests took the silver pieces and said, “It is not lawful to put them into the treasury, because
they are the price of blood.”
And they consulted
together and bought with them the potter’s field, to bury strangers in.
Therefore that field
has been called the Field of Blood to this day.
Hmm, can't put the
money back in the treasury because it is blood money. They didn't seem to be too concerned about
taking the money out of the treasury to pay the blood money in the first place
did they?
